Stephanie Zepeda Student Therapist, Supervised by Jennifer Tucker LPC-S

Stephanie is a current Master Level Student at Our Lady of the Lake University.

"I’m supposed to have this figured out by now. Everyone else seems to have a map, so why do I feel so lost?"

Stepping into your 20s and 30s comes with an invisible pressure to have your life seamlessly put together. Whether you are transitioning from high school to college, navigating a stressful career change, or dealing with a shifting relationship, the uncertainty can feel completely overwhelming. You want to move forward, but the stress and self-doubt leave you frozen, unsure of what your next step should even be.

You don’t have to navigate this heavy fog alone. I provide a kind, thoughtful, and deeply supportive space where you can pause and vent about the stressors of work, family, and daily life. I believe that you already hold the answers to your future—sometimes you just need a safe space to uncover them. As a gentle leader, I am here to help you understand yourself on a deeper level, quiet the noise of life's changes, and tap into your hidden strengths.

Imagine waking up and feeling anchored, even in the middle of change. Imagine facing a major life transition not with panic, but with the quiet confidence that you can handle whatever comes next. Together, we will focus on your unique goals and build the blueprint for your most successful, fulfilling life. Call today, and let's figure out the next step together.

Jasmyn Paul Student Therapist, Supervised by Jennifer Tucker LPC-S

My name is Jasmyn Paul I am a student at University of Clear Lake pursuing my Masters in Clinical mental health Counseling.

It is exhausting to constantly feel misunderstood, misrepresented, or outcasted simply for experiencing the world a little differently than others. Navigating the isolation and frustration that comes with being different takes immense effort—and it is a journey I am deeply passionate about sharing with my clients. As a therapist-in-training supervised by Jennifer Tucker, LPC-S, and drawing from an extensive background in the education system, I have made it my life’s work to support autistic individuals, individuals with ADHD, and neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults.

I provide a safe, neurodiversity-affirming environment where you or your child can express complex feelings like anger, anxiety, and sadness without judgment. Therapy with me meets you exactly where you are. Whether progress looks like a quiet, soft conversation or engaging through a fun game of your choice, we will uncover your unique strengths together.

Because sustainable growth happens within a supportive network, I also collaborate closely with parents and caregivers. I provide practical tools to improve communication, strengthen family relationships, and navigate everyday behavioral and school-based challenges. Let's work together to turn feeling misunderstood into feeling truly seen, empowered, and successful at home, school, and in the community. Reach out today to get started.
