Services Covered by Insurance can be billed. United Health Care and Cigna. If the services are not covered by insurance we do not bill the company. Check with your insurance to make sue we are in your network. 

Life Coaching, Life skills, and social skills are not usually covered under insurances. You will be provided with a fee schedule at the time of services.

 If we are out of network and you choose to stay with Morgan's Helping Hands there will be  a Good Faith Estimate provide to you.

That is okay, it is recommended to schedule a free consultation with a provider to see if  they would be a good fit for you and your needs.  

Our team works with all areas of struggles. We specialize in Autism, ADHD, and other behavior disorders along with anxiety.  We have external resources if we are not a good fit for you.

 In general the initial session is about an hour  and follow up sessions are about 45 minutes.  You can always request a longer appointment with your therapist if you feel it's needed.  

  This depends on the circumstances.  Everyone is different.  Talk with your therapist.     

A therapeutic Session is $160.00 each session. Other services are dependent of the type of services. Please visit our fees here.

 Please contact your therapist right away.  We do have a 24 hour cancelation policy and no show policy. A $95.00 Charge will be assessed if you cancel or do not show up to an appointment. Our Helping Hands are appointments by request. Please be sure to contact us or visit the client portal to cancel your appointment or reschedule your appalment. 

Morgan's Helping Hands is not a  facility that can treat mental health emergencies. Call 911 or  Head to the closest emergency room. Contact your therapist when you can.
