Are you struggling with low self-esteem? Lack of confidence? Is it challenging to become your authentic
self? Overcoming life challenges? If so, I can assist you on your journey to becoming the best version of
yourself and living a more fulfilling life.
My name is Jasmine, and I am a Life Coach and Certified Autism Specialist here at Morgan’s Helping
Hands. I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. Over
the years, I’ve worked with individuals on the autism spectrum, intellectual challenges, behavior issues,
and other mental health and life challenges. I have a special passion for helping others develop
confidence and self-love while becoming the best version of themselves. My approach is helping
individuals develop self-acceptance and self-awareness while working toward accomplishing goals and
personal growth. From my own experience, I’ve learned a lack of confidence and self-love can make
walking in your purpose challenging. However, with the right guidance and support, you can understand
who you are to reach your full potential.
"Life is a process, and I am willing to assist you through your process."
Dawn is a native Canadian with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is a Certified Autism Specialist. Before moving to the United States, Dawn was an advocate and worked with the rehabilitation of adults and youth involved in the criminal justice system. Dawn is also a former Registered Behavioral Technician and has experience working with adults, teens, and children on the autism spectrum. Dawn’s extensive knowledge of the cycle of partner/domestic violence, grief, anxiety, and other mental health issues allows her to understand that no two clients require the same approach and integrate various interventions depending on client needs. She acknowledges that therapy may come with serious challenges. Dawn uses her unique approach to incorporate humor, warmth, and compassion to create a more balanced experience.
“After witnessing encounters of people being misunderstood and not heard, I entered the counseling field to become an advocate and help others find their voice, giving those who struggle with life’s daily process a way to discover ways of communicating effectively.”
