Taking the step to reach out for support can feel like entering uncharted territory. Whether you’re feeling completely lost, navigating a sudden storm, or simply looking to understand yourself better, you don’t have to do it alone.
My name is Stephanie, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Texas under the supervision of Dr. Robyn L. Flores, Ph.D., LMFT-S. I am currently accepting new clients and provide therapy for late teens, adults, and couples/partnerships.
With over 8 years of clinical experience, I deeply enjoy supporting adults navigating late-diagnosed neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism). Other journeys I help with include anxiety, depression, relational tension, infidelity, sex and intimacy, LGBTQ+ affirming care, ethical non-monogamy, and life transitions. There is no reason too big or too small to come to therapy!
My therapeutic style is direct, client-focused, warm, and a touch sarcastic. In our sessions, we’ll laugh, cry, and keep it real—together. Not sure you’re on the right path, or even on a path at all? Let's figure it out. Your path suddenly turned weird and spooky with rain clouds and thunder? I’ll bring the umbrella.
In the words of Kermit the Frog, "Life’s like a movie, write your own ending." I can’t wait to hear your unique story!
No rigid clinical jargon or one-size-fits-all advice. You get a real human being who meets you exactly where you are—unmasked, unfiltered, and fully accepted. We’ll dive into the hard stuff, laugh when we need to, and do the work together.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to growth. Whether you are navigating late-diagnosed neurodivergence, relationship shifts, or general life storms, care is tailored directly to your unique brain style and personal story—not a rigid textbook template.
Therapy works best when you can drop the act. Whether you're untangling complex life transitions or navigating late-diagnosed neurodivergence, this is a space where you can show up as your full, genuine self—rain clouds, weird paths, and all.
A Space to Unmask and Reconnect
Many of my clients come to me exhausted from trying to mask their true selves, fit into rigid societal standards, or manage relationships without a clear blueprint.
If you're tired of feeling like you have to pretend everything is fine, this is your permission to stop performing. In our sessions, your weirdness is welcomed, your boundary-setting is celebrated, and your unique lived experience is honored. Whether you need a co-pilot to help you navigate a storm or just a safe place to unpack the noise in your head, I'm here for it.

Unmask, drop the shame, and build a life tailored directly to your unique ADHD or Autistic brain.
Open, affirming care for traditional couples, non-monogamy, polyamory, and modern relationship dynamics.
Practical tools, direct guidance, and genuine human connection—no cold clinical jargon.
