Types of Mental Health services we offer

Therapy

Individual Therapy

The thought about counseling makes people think, "is there something wrong with me"? No, nothing is wrong with you. Having a space to talk through life events, whether it's past, present, or about the future. Deciding to speak to someone takes courage. In today's world, many people have a lot on their plates. Take that step to lighten that load and tell your story. Working through your problems can make life more manageable.

Children

Children to Teens

Mom, Dad, you just don't get it.. many parents hear this. Having a space for your child to talk through their emotions and feelings can help promote less anxiety and depression and help keep conversations fluid in your family.

Meltdowns, tantrums, having difficulty with managing behaviors. Children do not always have the words to express themselves.  Children of all ages sometimes need a different space to talk through things.

family

Family Therapy

Bringing the family in for counseling is not about blame; it's about finding the commutation breakdown and learning how to hear each other. Sometimes we don't understand things from another's perception, and that's okay. As an individual, learning how to take a step back and hear the other side can help with how the solution happens. As a family unit, learn how to speak each other's languages and find ways to communicate that works for your family.
