The Home support Program- From a Helping Hand

The first step is to asses what the family needs. Each person will be given a self report check list. 

After the evaluations have been scored and goals have been made, we will do a in home observation.

Home observations are just that, we become a fly on your wall to observe places where tools can be placed. No judgment is ever passed. 

This is part of the process where we will interact and teach skills to help with family dynamics, and achieve goals. 

This program is a 3 month program. We would schedule three sessions a month. Two sessions will be three hours in length at home or the environment that is needing a helping hand. The other session would be a 45 min session in the office. 

How much does the program cost?

The total Cost of the program is about $2,500 dollars. Each program is tailored to each family, time may vary in length of the program.  

This includes:

6- three hour home visits

3- office visits

Pre and post Evaluations

The program also gives the following to be used in the next year. 

3 post program office follow ups 

1 Three hour post home visit
